I have a bay window with a built in valence and a curtain rod with gliders, with one wheel on the front and one on the back. There is a piece of hangar width wire which connects them and the pressure of the wire holds the two little wheels together so they slide along the rod.
My question is, are these types of little metal gliders (not the ones where the little disc is parallel to the ceiling)still available today? This curtain rod is probably from the fifties.
Thanks, Joyce

Hi Joyce
If I understand you right then the answer is yes you can still get them.
The only problem is you will probably struggle to get them in Canada or the U.S.
I have found some on Ebay .co.uk they are very cheap and will fit in a small envelope. So they should be reasonably cheap to post.
Just click on the link below to take a look. If they are what your after then ask the seller for a postage cost before you buy.
Then simply click on here and ask me your question. Or simply look at what questions hundreds of others have asked.
