Can I repaint metal curtain rods?

Can I repaint metal(gold colored) curtain rods?


Hi

The short answer is yes if you use the right paint. One with a tough finish so the rings don't scrape the paint.

I would not do it persoanlly though. Not when you can buy a new metal curtain rod from only $ 8.99 it just doesn't seem worth the effort.
