Corner Shower

Hello. I have a corner shower with a bathtub to the right. I was wondering if a swing arm curtain rod would work for this application. I would mount the rod to the left wall and the area between the shower and the tub would remain open. Any help would be appreciated. Have a great 4th!

Hi Chuck
I think that sound like a good plan. I have never used a swing arm curtain rod for a shower curtain before. It should hold the curtain just fine.
The only thing I would check first is where the water from the shower head reaches. If the edge between the shower tray and the bath is sealed, and the water will run back into the tray then no problem.
If the water does not go far enough to go over the tray obviously okay as well. If you have a gap between the bath and the shower tray or the gap is not water tight. Then I would think of fitting another swing arm curtain rod on the other wall as well to meet at the corner of the shower tray.
Hope that helps. If I've got the wrong end of the stick and did not give you the answer you were looking for then please get back
Best regards
P.S. Why not fit a corner shower curtain rod ?
