French door with 2 windows on each side

Hi! I'm Eileen and I live in Alberta Canada.
I have an open concept home with the living/kitchen area open and 48ft long. At the living room end I have 3 windows - 1 is 48in. wide with the others on each side 36in. The sofa is in front of the 48in. window. I have ivory sheers on each of the windows with taupe scarves on each.
At the other end of the room (48ft across) is my eating area. The french doors face the sofa window and there is a window on each side the french doors 36in. wide - just like in the living room. My kitchen is in the middle of both ends! I have tubular blinds on the 2 small windows alongside the French doors and sheer ivory window panels on the french doors.
I would like to replace the door panels with sheers on a rod just like in the living room that I can pull apart during the day.
My question is this: what do I do with the 2 other windows beside the french doors? Do I simply echo the living room windows? Must I scarf the windows? Could I just have long sheers on the french doors and the 2 windows without the scarves?
help me please!!
Eileen
Hi Eileen
Sounds like a fantastic place you have there.
In answer to your question it comes down to the color of your blinds. Is it the same as your sheer curtains or does it compliment. If the answer is yes then great. Just fit the new sheers on the french doors.
If the color is not right then you have two choices. Either get new blinds in the right color or take them down and replace with sheers in their place.
You don't have to have the scarfs on the dining room windows. As long as the sheers and blinds are the same or complimentary to the living area sheers.
I hope that gives you a nudge in the right direction.
Best regards
Lee
