Do I need rings and drapery pins or does one just use pins attached to the drapes and then hang the pins from the pole?

The best way it to put rings onto your pole and then use curtain pin hooks.

I have put some links to ebay here for the stuff you will need.

Hope this gets the job sorted.

Curtain rings (some of these have little clips that hold your curtains rather than hooks)
