How do I attach panels together without sewing them?

I just bought four curtain panels, two for each side of my sliding glass doors. When pulling them shut, they separate. How can I attach them together without sewing-I do not know how to nor do I want to do this.

Do they sell clips that you can place on the back of the panels to keep them together or do you have another suggestion? I have thought about the little paper clips for thick papers but this seems tacky. Thanks so much.

The stuff I use to join panels together sometimes is fusible hemming tape. It's the stuff you use to hem trousers and skirts with.

If you use a hot iron and plenty of steam it will stick really well. Just put a strip between your curtain panels and press. Click on the link below to take a look at some.
