How do I dress four very large windows side by side?

I have four windows in my living room that are 8 1/2 ft. tall and 3 ft. wide. Should I treat them as one window or dress them individually? Also there is about a foot inbetween each window.

You have some big windows there. My personal feeling is that it is a bit big to do as one window.

I would do them as a two windows each with a pair of curtains. You could do the top treatment right across assuming your having one. Or maybe have a 4 thick inch rod over the window.

Have you considered putting up four roman shades. You could have the bottom edges shapes with trims added. These could be a good answer to these kind of windows.
