How do I find a shorter curtain rod?

Am looking for curtain rods that just hang on the sides of windows. Probably 8-10" in length. I just want to frame the window. Where can I find them?

Usually the shortest curtain rods come a 4ft. All I do is cut them down to size. Makers just don't make them that small.

If you want a bargain and a huge choice then I always recommend these Curtain rods on Ebay.
