How to measure and will it work?

My front door (wood) has a half-moon window at the top (made in the door) The sun comes in through it and puts a glare on my TV. Can a shade or blind be made for this and how do I measure it.

I,m assuming your in the United States.

You can get a trim to fit Redi arch shade to fit the window on your door. It will be to big but can be trimmed to size. Take a look at it here Arch Redi Shade
