I am looking for instructions on how to make curtains that look almost frilled on the top and hang down a little, not sure what this heading is called.

I would also like instructions on how to make curtains with eyelets at the top and that will fold flat against the wall.

I think you mean puff ball curtains for your first request. Well I will be doing a page on this kind of curtains over the next couple of months. Puffball curtains for nursery

Hi Barbara~
I'm new to your site and can't figure out when this original message from Lee was posted. I would love to make puffball curtains for my baby nursery within the next month. The baby is due July 10 so I'm losing energy for projects! :) I'm just checking to see if these instructions have already been posted somewhere on the site already or if it was a new message.
