Beautiful pelmets for any room !Upholstered Pelmets are great for any kind of window. They can be made to look ultra modern or very traditional just by your choice of fabrics and trims. They use little fabric in comparison to valances or swag and tails. They come in all shapes and sizes ! In the image below is a very contemporary look with a modern plain fabric. Also notice the beading on the bottom edge of the pelmet and leading edge of the curtain. Why interline these curtains ? Well with interlining it gives the curtain more body and a more luxurious look. This especially important when using light curtain fabrics.
