I have a chalet home with triangle windows? What are typical window treatments for triangle windows?

I recently fitted some curtains in a chalet just as you describe with triangular windows. Take a look at the photo above (not a great picture-sorry).

These were made to the correct shape. Then I fitted metal cord operated curtain tracks. I recorded the tracks so that both cords pull the curtain up the track. Then gravity pull the curtains down into the closed position.

The large tassel tie back in the center holds the curtains in the open position. So that's it really, the big part of the cost is getting the curtains made to the right shape. The tracking was not very expensive.

If this idea does not appeal to you then I would probably go with cellular shades on each widow panel as you can get these made to fit most shapes. My customer wanted a more cozy look so went for curtains.
