Vertical blind problem

by Marie
(Cleveland, UK)

Hi, i have french doors in my kitchen & have just fitted vertical blinds with a centre opening, however i now feel i have made a huge mistake & feel very exposed.

I would much rather the opening was 3/4 is there any way this can be achieved by altering fittings in the headrail??? thank you, Marie

Hi Marie

I have never heard of being able to have a 3/4 opening vertical blind.

As far as I know you have 3 choices

1. Centre opening.

2. Left opening.

3. Right opening.

The only possible way to get what you want is to have 2 tracks that meet where you want them to.

One track at a 1/4 width then a second track at 3/4 width. Then you would have to operate each one seperately.

You would need to ask the blind makers if they could do what yuu want, good luck with this.

Best regards

Lee
