Vertical Blinds

We have a condo on the ocean that has vertical blinds on all windows. They are all off white & bland. I don't want to replace them what can I do with a valance or something at the top to add a
little color?

Some have suggested taking the top rails & gluing fabric or wallpaper border. I hate to glue anything since it can't be cleaned very well.

I Would reccomend scarf swags hung on swag holders.

The reason being is the cost of both are cheap. Also they are easy to make and fit. You can use any fabric, but sheer fabric like voile is best. They are also easy to clean, just chuck them in the washing machine.

If not completely sure then why not try one and see if you like it.
