what is the cheaper substitution of double curtain rod

Hi there

I have patio door measures 54x84.I have two single rods and I want to decorate that door with valances.

So how can I use two single rods instead of a double curtain rod which is usually used to put valances and curtains together. Or is there any substitute for that only in the context of single rod.

You can't use 2 single rods to hang curtains and valance on the same window unfortunately. The problem is you are missing the brackets to make this happen.

So what can you do, well the simplest thing is buy a Valance rod that will do the job. so take a look a these Double curtain rods. you can use any of these to hang curtains and a valance. If you want just a valance rod. Then go through the pages and look for "Heavy duty double rods" These you can ad to your existing rod.
